Returns
We allow return refunds only in the case that you have received a faulty product and the warranty seal is still intact. You will be offered a refund or gift card in this instance.

Exchanges
If you are unhappy with either the style you chose or the colour isn't a good match you can exchange your pony for an alternative style and/or colour. The warranty seal must be intact.

If you have been approved for a return or an exchange and you wish to recieve this in the form of a credit with us, we will provide you with a gift card to the value of your purchase.
