Why are my hair extensions shedding?
It's common for an excess amount of hair to be included in the wefts during the manufacturing process, so any shedding you may experience is entirely normal. This shedding is not an indication of any fault or defect in your Hair Extensions. As you continue to wear and brush your extensions regularly, you'll notice a reduction in shedding over time.
Can you use Heat on My Pony Hair?
All of our Synthetic Hair Extensions come pre-styled and ready for you to wear, but if you'd like to customize the look, you have that option! You can use straighteners to apply heat up to 180 degrees celsius. However, we strongly advise against using any heat styling tool that exceeds this temperature, as it can cause damage to the hair fibers.
How do I reduce Knotting?

Can you dye My Pony Hair?
Because our Synthetic Hair Extensions are crafted from premium mono-fibre material, we strongly discourage the use of hair dyes, as this could potentially harm the hair and is unlikely to adhere to the fibers. If you can't find your perfect match right now, don't worry, we're continually working on expanding our product and shade range to cater to a broader spectrum of hair colours in the near future.

How do I track my order?
After your order has been sent out, you will get an email from us confirming the shipment.
