Obsessed. I’ve had other pony extensions in the past but the quality and care that’s gone into designing this is next level! It’s so smooth, and constructed so well. The guides you receive explain exactly how to install it - I wore it for the first time today from 6am to 7pm lol! It didn’t move an inch all day. I got so many compliments! Wearing my hair in a ponytail is such a big insecurity of mine, as my natural hair is so fine, this gave me so much confidence. Thank you to the My Pony hair team. I do love it and the colour i picked matched perfectly. I did 4 stars only as its harder to put in and stay well then anticipated - maybe its easier if it wraps around a smaller base of hair? I'm a bit apprehensive to wear to work now so might keep to events only.

Brought this for my sister as a birthday gift and she absolutely loved it!
The quality is amazing for synthetic hair!! However, my hair is shoulder length and thin. The ponytail came with much more length than expected (down to my bum haha) and I’ve tried different methods of applying it but still feel like it is dragging down on my hair quite hard and not stable enough. I am still going to play around with it a bit since I really do think it’s a great product. If I could give any suggestions I think a line of claw clip ponytails would be AMAZING. I would also 1000% buy if you ever released a line of clip in extensions (non ponytail ones). Xx

I was very skeptical about switching from human hair ponytail extensions to synthetic. I spent over $350 for a human hair ponytail extension from another brand that turned out to be a nightmare. Firstly 80% of it shed and left mess everywhere I went every time I wore it. The brand refused to refund it. It very quickly looked ratty and was knotted and hard to care for. The comb was painful on my scalp after wearing it all day. So when I kept seeing the ads for this brand on my feed I thought I would give it a whirl and wow. Smooth, glossy, easy to care for and natural looking!! The shedding has been minimal. It’s easy to detangle after a long day of wear, doesn’t go frizzy if i get caught in the rain and is super comfortable to wear. This is a quarter of the price of the human hair extensions and 10 times better! I will purchase a few more in different styles and am pleased to say I have been converted.

The pony tail arrived super fast, I used on a festival and I received so may compliments that I was feeling so good with myself! I have my hair doesn't grow that long even if I try, it is very easy and comfortable to wear. Such a great investment, I'll wear it tons from now on!
The colour of the hairpiece advertise was not the same colour as the one we received. My daughter accidentally took the tag off and now it’s non-refundable.
